Absolutely amazing burgers! Best part was customer service! The lady at the counter was very polite and made sure we were looked after. Made a difference to our experience there. Will defo be back!

Okay I'm about to be honest, I just don't vibe with the environment. But the burger joint, the service, the courtesy is more than enough to keep me coming back for another round. Burgers are spectacular and the staffs are friendly. 10/10!

burger itself is really good, patty is well seasoned and crispy, wished the bun wasn’t cold though! cashier lady is super nice, 10/10 service rm10 ala carte for one patty

Wife's review - yumms! We (the rest of the family) should try! My view? Incredibly good value for a rather authentic smash burger! Only a tad more (RM1-2) than the similar Ramly type! With a real step up in taste for anyone who appreciates an American style smash burger, with pickles/relish tang in the taste! Food court surprisingly quiet too for Hartamas area on Saturday night! Maybe still early at 9.30pm!

Had the triple cheeseburger at Smashed (The H Hartamas) and it was absolutely amazing! The burger was super juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavour — every bite was pure satisfaction. You can really taste the quality of the beef and the smash technique made it even better. The vibes were great and the service was friendly and efficient. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend for all burger lovers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
